Synopsis 剧情简介
Jumong: King of Goguryeo, he is the son of Hae Mo-soo and Yu Hwa but grows up as the son of Geum Wa, a person who betrayed his father. He lives longing for the chance to meet his father, who is his teacher, again but he dies and lives the rest of his life not knowing that his teacher was his father. He loves a woman but ends up marrying a different one and eventually breaks up with her, but all these trials and sadness do not get in the way of his destiny. His legacy to the korean people is the great historical triumph of winning back the skies of the Old Joseon and establishing the Goguryeo Dynasty.
朱蒙 – 東明聖王，高句麗開國君主，原為解慕漱和柳花夫人的兒子，卻被背叛父親的金蛙撫養長大，因為母親柳花夫人後來成為金蛙的妻子，生下了朱蒙。朱蒙卻一直不知道其實他的老師就是父親這個事實。雖然一生當中只愛過一個女人召西奴，但是卻跟別的女人結了婚。所有的煎熬和悲傷都阻擋不了他的命運， 并找回被奪去古朝鮮的天空，建立高句麗，帶給朝鮮民族最了不起的歷史……
