Your Total Time for Delivery
The shipping tables list shipping methods and times. Note that the shipping times listed refer solely to the time the carrier takes to deliver the product to you. To calculate your total time for delivery, you must also take into consideration the availability of the product. Therefore:
Total time for delivery = Availability time + Shipping time
Many of our products are listed as being “available to ship within 24 hours.” So, to calculate the total time for delivery of the products you order, add the availability of the product (found on the product’s web page) to the shipping time listed in the appropriate table.
It usually takes 1 to 2 days to complete, process, and ship a domestic order. Orders are shipped directly from our warehouse or distributors.
Choosing USPS Express Mail does not mean your order will be delivered in 1 or 2 days from the time you place your order online.
You will receive your order 1~2 days after the “Product Availability” time listed for the product you selected. The “Product Availability” time is the amount of time required to process your order through our warehouse or acquire the product requested.
Note: Please keep in mind that our warehouse does not ship on weekends.
Tracking Your Order
If your package was shipped via USPS Priority Mail Or Express Mail, you’ll find your tracking number in your account online.
You can obtain the delivery status of your item(s) by using Order Status in Your Account of our website.
You will receive the date and time of when your item was delivered, or if it was attempted, forwarded or returned. Additionally, the website provides the ZIP Code of where your item was delivered.
If there are no delivery or event scans in the system (attempted, forwarded, etc.), you will be told that there is no record of that mail item. If it was mailed recently, it may not yet have a delivery scan. You might try your inquiry again later.
While enroute scans may be provided, when available, as an added benefit, they are not a part of Delivery Confirmation service. Tracking and tracing, which provides customers enroute information scanned at multiple points as well as delivery information, is regularly provided only with Express Mail.
However sometimes for reasons outside of our control this is not achievable, when this happens and we know about it you are informed by email. If you have any questions please email us and we will be happy to reply. We guarantee the safe delivery of all shipments for which the shipping address has been correctly and completely entered.
PLEASE BE CERTAIN TO ENTER THE SHIPPING ADDRESS CAREFULLY AND CORRECTLY. An incorrectly entered address may result in late delivery, mis-delivery, and extra $5 charge for address correction by UPS.
Return and Refund Policy
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us the order number & the product condition within 14 days of delivery to obtain an authorization for returns. Unauthorized returns may be refused or disregarded.
